Olsen & Associates, LLC coordinates civil engineering, land surveying, construction management, grants writing and grants administration services together to collect information, conceptualize, design, fund and manage projects on any level.

In addition to serving as a Consulting Engineer for many local municipalities and agencies, O&A has designed and coordinated the construction of hundreds of private land development projects and public infrastructure projects throughout Western Pennsylvania. O&A's professional staff provides quality technical and management support for road, bridge, flood and erosion control, water supply, wastewater and land use projects.

CONSULTATION TO PLANNING COMMISSIONS AND ZONING HEARING BOARDS

Acting in the above capacity, Olsen & Associates, LLC has reviewed more than 2,500 submissions for proposed developments. These projects have ranged in size from small subdivisions to multi-family housing projects of up to 400 units; small industrial buildings and warehouses of a few thousand square feet to corporate industrial parks with over 1,000,000 square feet of area; small commercial buildings to a regional retail centers; gravel pits; and recreational projects including golf courses, driving ranges, skating rinks and a water park.

Olsen & Associates, LLC also administers Flood Plain Management Ordinances for communities to ensure compliance with FEMA Regulations.

In addition to review of proposed development plans, Olsen & Associates, LLC, also typically prepares estimates for bonding purposes and is responsible for inspection of construction to enforce conditions of approval, and to ensure compliance with Municipal Standards.
